Welcome to Zion Lutheran Preschool!

My name is Alisa and I'm the director at Zion Lutheran Preschool.  This is my 10th and final year at Zion.  Prior to my time at Zion, I was a public school teacher.  I taught special education for 19 years, at varying grade levels from preschool through 12th grade. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters Degree in Literacy. I can't wait to see what God has in store for me next!

I am married to my best friend, Steve, and we have two children, Abbi and Will.  We have a small zoo at our home, starting with our sweet Callie dog.  We also have (3) axolotls, a turtle, Raphael, and a Sulcata tortoise named Dozer who loves to visit.  We have a collection of frogs and toads too!

I love anything and everything outdoors and all things living - the more crittery they are the better!  Our family has 80+ acres of land in Kentucky and we spend as much time 'off the grid' on our property as our busy lives allow.  It's been a blessing to spend my days in Ohio at Zion. 

Ms. Kerry has been with Zion Lutheran Preschool for 20 years!  She is the proud mom of two grown children, Jake and Taylor.  She is also the proud mama of three rescue kitties, Tiggy, Gia, and Finn. 

Ms. Kerry is a dedicated Cleveland Browns fan and the one you will find listening to Christmas music in June.  She loves all things silly, fun and kind.  

Hello! I am Ms. Maryke and I am one of the Zion Lutheran Preschool teachers.  I have been a licensed teacher for 15 years and this is my eighth year teaching at Zion.  

I am married to Dan and we have two little girls, Genevieve and Coralynn.  I am a Buckeye fan, enjoy the outdoors, exercising, and leopard print is a favorite of mine.  

I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your preschool experience.  We are all on this ride together and we will have lots of fun!

Hello! I am Ms. Kate and I am one of the teachers at Zion Lutheran Preschool. This will be my 5th year teaching, and I have over 20 years experience in the education field & children’s ministry field.  

My husband & I have 2 teenage daughters, a kitty, and a new puppy! Ask me about any of my family, and I will tell you all about them :) 

I am a HUGE Swiftie, a coffee addict, yellow makes my heart happy, and I will swoon over flair pens! 

I’m looking forward to meeting you & going on this preschool adventure together!
